1998, Lyle got the treat of his life when Suzie
came to live with him. No one could wipe that smile
off his face! Not that we

Carlee, Suzie and Scotty
had some fun together before Suzie left.

Suzie's
Dad drove out to  Edmonton
from Burlington to pick Suzie up. While
there, he spent lots of time with his two
other children, Suzie's
big sister Carlee (in front, hamming it up for the camera)
and their little brother Scotty.

Suzie's 12th birthday was great fun. Held in Toronto during
Lyle's barbershop competition, 1000 people sang "Happy Birthday"
to Suzie in perfect 4-part harmony!
